MARCH TO SANCHAR BHAWAN ON 27-07-2017 - MAKE IT A GRAND SUCCESS

Dear Comrades,

The implementation of the Recommendations of Kamalesh Chandra Committee is one of the most important tasks for our GDS. Our union demanding the Govt & Department to implement all the positive recommendations of the GDS Committee at the earliest.

From 24th Nov'2016 to 18/19th January 2017 (2 months) we could not able to see the Report.

From that date up to 17th March 2017 (2 months) because of Election code it was kept idle and no progress.

Again from that date, till today (4 months) the file is moving in such a way to drag the situation. Govt & department repeatedly prompting that the 'matter is under active consideration' in a routine way.

The emphasis made by all on the implementation of the GDS committee at the earliest is that the issue of retiring GDS and regular GDS as well. The GDS retiring from the service during this period of time are foregoing their retirement benefits because of the date of implementation of the recommendations of the Committee.

After taking into consideration of all the issues in Central Working Committee held on 5th May 2017 taken a decision to implement a phased programme of action including strike.

MARCH TO SANCHAR BHAWAN (O/o the Minister of Communications & IT), NEW DELHI is the second phase of programme by AIPEU-GDS.

With the demand of GDS along with other demands, NFPE declared one day strike on 23rd August 2017 and tour/campaign programme is going on in the Circles by NFPE leadership.

All the CHQ Office bearers, Circle Secretaries, Division / Branch Secretaries, Active Comrades, well-wishers of our Union are once again requested to mobilize the GDS comrades in hundreds from all Circles to roar with thousands in front of Sanchar Bhawan on 27th July 2017 to show our resentment and anger over the delay in the implementation of the recommendations of Kamalesh Chandra Committee.

தோழர்களே!! வணக்கம். வரும் 26 மற்றும் 27 ஜூலை தேதிகளில் நடைபெறும் புதுடெல்லி Dak Bhavan மற்றும் நமது இலாக்கா அமைச்சர் அலுவலகம் (Sanchar Bhavan) முன்பாக GDS ஊதியக்குழு ஆணை விரைவில் வெளியிடக்கூறி நடைபெறும் தர்ணா இயக்கங்களில் கலந்துகொள்ள ரயில் டிக்கெட் முன் பதிவு செய்யாத தோழர்கள் உடன் முன் பதிவு செய்திட மாநிலச்சங்கம் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறது. அதிக அளவில் ஊழியர்களை கலந்துகொள்ளச் செய்யுமாறு கோட்ட / கிளைச் செயலர்கள் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்

ஒருங்கினைந்த NFPTE ன் முன்னாள் மா பொதுச் செயலாளர் தோழர் D . ஞானையா அவர்கள் கோயம்புத்தூர் அவரது இல்லத்தில் தனது 96 வயதில் (08.07.2017) நம்மை விட்டு பிரிந்தார். அன்னாரது தொழிற்சங்க பணிக்கும்/ அவரது தியாகத்திற்கும் தமிழ் மாநில AIPEU GDS சங்கம் தலைவணங்கி அஞ்சலி செலுத்துகிறது.

தோழர்களே கீழ்கண்ட உறுப்பினர் படிவத்தில் a Member of என்ற இடத்தில் AIPEU-GDS எனவும் deduction of monthly subscription of Rs. 20/- எனவும் தவறாமல் குறிப்பிடவும். Signature என்ற இடத்தில் ஊழியர்களின் கையெழுத்தும், Name என்ற இடத்தில் ஊழியரின் பெயரை பெரிய எழுத்துக்களிளும, Designation என்ற இடத்தில் அந்த ஊழியரின் பணி, அதாவது BPM , GDS DA , GDS MC ,GDS SV , GDS PKR ,GDS DA / MC , GDSMM என அவரவர் பணி மற்றும் பணி இடம் குறிப்பிடவேண்டும். இதை கோட்ட / கிளைச் செயலர்கள் கவனத்தில் கொள்ளுமாறு மாநிலச் சங்கம் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறது.

தோழர்களே! வணக்கம்.

கடந்த 02.07.2017 அன்று மாநில கோட்ட /கிளைச் செயலர்கள் மற்றும் மாநில நிர்வாகிகள் கூட்டம் பெரம்பலூர் Iffaw கல்வி மையத்தில் மாநில தலைவர் தோழர் S.ராமராஜ் தலைமையில் துவங்கியது. GDS ஊதியக்குழு தற்போதைய நிலை மற்றும் காலதாமதம் குறித்தும், தற்போது புதிய உறுப்பினர் சேர்ப்பு உள்ளிட்ட கோரிக்கை விவாத பொருளாக எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டு இக் கூட்டம் நடைபெற்றது.

திருவரங்கம் அஞ்சல் 3 தலைவரும் பெரம்பலூர் தலைமை அஞ்சலக தலைவருமான தோழர் K. ராஜ் அவர்கள் வரவேற்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார். சம்மேளன செயல் தலைவர் தோழர் A. மனோகரன், அஞ்சல் 3 மண்டல தலைவர் தோழர் R.குமார், அஞ்சல் 4 மண்டல செயலர் தோழர S.கோவிந்தராஜ் மற்றும் அஞ்சல் 3. அஞ்சல் 4 கோட்ட செயலர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்பாக விளக்க உரையாகவும் நடைபெறும் உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பில் தங்களை ஈடுபடுத்திக்கொண்டு அதிக உறுப்பினர்களை சேர்ப்பதாகவும் உறுதியளித்தனர். அவர்களுக்கு மாநில சங்கம் நன்றி கூறுகிறது.

கோட்ட , கிளை மற்றும் மாநில நிர்வாகிகள் தங்கள் பகுதிகளில் உள்ள தலமட்ட குறைகள் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பில் ஊழியர்களின் ஒத்துழைப்பு உள்ளிட்ட சாதக பாதகங்களை விளக்கி கூறினார்கள். அவர்களுக்கு தேவையான ஆலோசனைகள் மற்றும் உதவிகள் மாநில சங்கத்தால் வழங்கப்படும் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும் மாநில சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் மாநிலச் செயலர் தங்கள் கோட்ட / கிளைகளுக்கு நேரிடையாக வர இருப்பதாகவும் மாநிலச் செயலரால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. கூட்டத்திற்கு ஒரு சில கோட்ட செயலர்கள் வர இயலாததை தெரிவித்ததை தவிர 90 சதவிகித செயலாளர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

இறுதியாக மாநிலச் செயலர் ஊதியக்குழு தொடர்பாக தற்போதைய நிலை, அகில இந்திய சங்க செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் NFPE சம்மேளனம் GDS ஊதியக்குழு அறிக்கை வெளிவர எடுக்கப்பட்ட முயற்சி மற்றும் அதன் ஆணை வெளியிட தற்போது முழுமுயற்சி எடுத்து வருவதாக விரிவான உரையுடன் விளக்கமளித்தார் மேலும் நடைபெறும் உறுப்பினர் சரிபார்ப்பில் தமிழகத்தில் சுமார் 70% உறுப்பினர்களை சேர்த்திடவேண்டும் எனவும் அதற்கு அஞ்சல் 3,அஞ்சல் 4 உள்ளிட்ட சங்கங்கள் துணையிருப்பார்கள் என கூறினார்.

இறுதியாக நமது மாநில பொருளர் தோழர் R. விஷ்னுதேவன் தனது உரையுடன் அனைவருக்கும் நன்றி கூறி மாலை 3 மணியளவில் கூட்டம் நிறைவடைந்தது.

அனைத்து தோழர்களுக்கும் மாநிலச் சங்கம் நன்றி கலந்த போராட்ட வாழ்த்துகளை தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறது.

அன்புத் தோழர்களே வரும் 27.07.2017 நமது அமைச்சர் அலுவலகம் முன் முற்றுகை போராட்டம் நடத்த டெல்லி நோக்கி புறப்படு, 23.07.2017 மற்றும் 24.07.2017 இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கும் சென்னையில் இருந்து டெல்லிக்கு GT மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு ரயில்லில் முன்பதிவு செய்யவும். 27.07.2017 அன்று சென்னை திரும்ப முன்பதிவு செய்திடுமாறு AIPEU -GDS மாநிலச் சங்கம் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறது.

பல போராட்டங்களை செய்து பல்வேறு கோரிக்கைகளை வென்ற தோழர்களுக்கு இந்த போராட்டம் ஒரு போராட்டமா ? நாம் சந்திக்காத போராட்டம் இல்லை என நெஞ்சிலே உரம் ஏற்றி புறப்பட்டு, ஊதியக்குழு ஆணை வரும்வரை மட்டுமல்ல அதில் உள்ள ஊழியர் விரோத ஆணைகளை நீக்கும் வரை போராட்டம் ஓயாது. ஒன்று பட்டு போராடி உரிமையை வென்றெடுக்கும் வரை போராட்டம் ஓயாது.. போராட்ட வாழ்த்துக்களுடன் AIPEU GDS தமிழ் மாநிலம்/

GET READY TO ACHIEVE OUR DEMANDS

GDS members are requested to book their journey tickets in time to reach Delhi on 27^th July 2017

An internal committee is being constituted by the Department of Posts to pursue the recommendations of Kamalesh Chandra Committee for GDS relating to allowances and other general recommendations.

In respect of pay related issues, viz., TRCA, increment, retirement benefits i.e, Severance Amount and SDBS, welfare etc., the total financial implications were worked out and forwarded to Minister for approval.

We are expecting the nomenclature of old TRCA shall be dispensed with ‘pay’ and similarly other ‘severance amount’ etc,. After obtaining the approval from the Minister, the file will be sent to nodal Ministries.

At last, a cabinet note prepared after return of the file from the nodal Ministries and will be placed in the cabinet for approval.

The delay over six months for submission to Minister is deplorable. If this kind of delay continues, it will take more months to finalize the approval.

We have left with no alternative to strengthen our agitation and all GDS shall join the ‘March to Sanchar Bhawan’ on 27-07-2017 to exercise pressure to the Govt and the Department.
