20 கோரிக்கைகளை நிறைவேற்ற மந்திரிகளால் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட உறுதிமொழியை நிறைவேற்றிடாத மத்திய அரசை கண்டித்து வரும் December 2016 மாபெரும் பேரணி பாராளுமன்றம் நோக்கி நடத்திட அரசுக்கு கடிதம் கொடுத்துள்ளது. ஆகவே இப் பேரணியில் அதிக தோழர்கள் கலந்துகொள்ள அதற்கேற்றாற்போல் உடன் இரயிலில் டிக்கெட் முன்பதிவு செய்திடுமாறு அகில இந்திய சங்கமும், மாநில சங்கமும் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறது 

தாமதித்தால் டிக்கெட் கிடைக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை உடன் ஊழியர்களுடன் கலந்து கோட்ட /கிளை செயலாளர்களும் முன்னனி தோழர்களும் இதற்க்கான முயற்சியில் இறங்கிடுமாறு மாநிலச்சங்கம் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறது

AIPEU GDS CHQ is giving direction to all Circle Secretaries to request the divisional secretaries in the respective Circles to mobilize the GDS members to participate in the Parliament March on 15-12-2016, a clarion call given by Confederation of Central Govt Employees & Workers to organize a massive programme in Delhi.

As a constituent organization of Confederation of CGEW & an Associate Member of NFPE, the AIPEU GDS  has to participate the ‘March to Parliament’ programme demanding “Civil Servant Status to GDS” which is included in the 20 point charter of demands framed by the CCGEW.

It is well aware of all the facts of our militant GDS organization; along with the participants of  NFPE affiliated unions from the Circles, the GDS members of AIPEU GDS should also participate in the Parliament March on 15-12-2016.

The circle-wise quota has been fixed by the CHQ to participate the GDS members from the respective Circles and effort is to be made by the respective Circle Secretaries to make the programme a grand success.

All the CHQ office bearers are also requested to take all necessary measures along with Circle Secretaries and NFPE unions to mobilize the GDS members to participate in the programme.

All the Divisional Secretaries are requested to issue circulars, pamphlets in the divisions and guide to make the travel arrangements to Delhi. Accommodation will be provided to all GDS participants and will be intimated to the respective Circle Secretaries soon.

All the Mahila Committee members of AIPEU GDS are requested to participate in the Parliament March programme and also the Women Convention of Central Govt Employees & Workers scheduled to be held on 15-12-2016 in Delhi.

Regarding this Programme, Circle-wise tour campaign is being organized by the Leaders of Confederation & NFPE along with AIPEU-GDS to mobilize the comrades from all Circles. All the CHQ office bearers, Circle Secretaries & Divisional Secretaries to participate in the meetings being held at respective Circles/Divisions as Authorized Representatives of AIPEU-GDS.

A detailed Circular will be issued by the CHQ and sent to all Divisional/Branch Secretaries with all details.
