            This is regarding review of results of failed SC/ST candidates of the above LGO examination held on 23.11.2014.

2.         I am directed to request you to obtain willingness from the candidates in Annexure I for review of results of failed SC/ST candidates of the LGO examination for promotion to the cadre of PA/SA held on 23.11.2014.

3.         The details of division wise vacancies of the year 2014 under departmental quota remaining unfilled in SC, ST and PH are furnished in Annexure II. The candidates in Annexure I can opt for only such division where vacancies under the respective categories are available.

4          The Regional Heads concerned will please obtain the letter of option from candidates, through the divisional heads concerned and forward to this office on or before 24.11.2015.

5.         The details sought for in respect of candidates listed in Annexure III may be sent as required before 24.11.2015.

2015 DECEMBER 1 & 2 (48 hours) NFPE Strike Deferred

48 மணி நேர NFPE  வேலைநிறுத்தம் தள்ளிவைக்கப்படுகிறது 

அன்புத் தோழர்களே! வணக்கம்.

    நமது NFPE சம்மேளனம் 4 கோரிக்கைகளை முன் வைத்து 06.11.2015 அன்று டிசம்பர் 1 & 2 தேதிகளில் 48 மணி நேர வேலை நிறுத்தம் செய்வதாக இலாக்காவிற்கு கடிதம் கொடுத்தது. அதேபோல் மாநில மட்டத்தில் இடைவேளை ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடத்தி மாநில செயலாளர்கள் கையெழுத்துடன் CPMG அவர்களிடம் அளிக்கப்பட்டது . 

     

     இதற்கிடையில் மத்திய அரசு, இலாக்கா ஊழியர்களுக்கும், GDS  ஊழியர்களுக்கு தனிநபர் கமிட்டியும் அறிவித்துள்ளது.  ஆகவே நமது கோரிக்கையில் மாற்றம் செய்து மீண்டும் அனைத்து  ஊழியர்களுக்கும் ஏற்றார்போல் கோரிக்கையை மாற்றி காலவரையற்ற வேலை நிறுத்தமாக மாற்றி அறிவித்திடவேண்டும் என பல மாநில சங்கங்கள் கேட்டுக்கொண்டதற்கு ஏற்ப வரும் டிசம்பர் 1 மற்றும் 2 தேதிகளில் நடக்கயிருந்த வேலை நிறுத்தம் இன்று நடந்த சம்மேளன செயற்குழுவில் தள்ளிவைக்கப்படுவதாக அறிவித்துள்ளது.

அன்புத் தோழர்களே! தோழியர்களே !!  GDS ஊழியர்களின் மனநிலையை உங்கள் முன் சமர்பிப்பது  கடமையாக கருதுகிறேன்.!!!! 

நாம் சுமார் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக நம்மையும் 7வது ஊதியகுலுவில் இணைத்திட வேண்டும் என போராடி வந்துள்ளோம் . மத்திய அரசும், நமது இலாக்காவும்  GDS ஊழியர்களை  இது நாள் வரை ஏமாற்றிவிட்டனர் என்பதுதான் உண்மை. பலமுறை நமது சம்மேளன பொறுப்பாளர்களை பேச்சுவார்த்தைக்கு அழைத்து எந்த கோரிக்கையையும் ஏற்காத இலாக்கா, கடந்த 06.05.2015 முதல் நடக்கவிருந்த காலவரையற்ற வேலை நிறுத்தத்தை  மந்திரி முன்னிலையில் பேச்சு வார்த்தை என கூறி மந்திரி முன்னிலையில் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தி  GDS ஊழியர்களை 7வது ஊதியகுலுவில் இணைக்க முயற்சி எடுக்கப்படும் என கூறியதாக ஏமாற்றிவிட்டார்கள் . இலாக்காவும் நம்மை தொடர்ந்து ஏமாற்றி வஞ்சகம் செய்கிறது.   

ஊதியத்தில் தொழிலாளர்களுக்குள் முரண்பாடு காட்டியது, மேலும் இரண்டு, மூன்று, ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஊதியமாற்றம் செய்து படு மோசமாக நமது உழைப்பை சுரண்டும் இந்த அரசு எங்கள் ஊதிய குழு அமைப்பதில் முரண்பாடு செய்து நமது கோரிக்கையை ஏற்க மறுத்து சுமார் ஓர் ஆண்டுக்கு முன் அரசு முடிவெடுத்த ஓய்வு பெற்ற இலாக்கா அதிகாரி kamalesh  Chandra தலைவராகவும் , Agra PMG T.Q.Muhammud செயலாளர் ஆகவும் கொண்ட ஊதியக்குலுவை நேற்று 24.11.2015 அன்று அதிகாரபூர்வமாக அறிவித்துவிட்டது. இதிலிருந்து GDS என்ற இலாக்கா அடிமைகள் இலாக்காவினால் தொடர்ந்து ஏமாற்றப்படுவது உண்மையிலும் உண்மை, அதுவும் அரசுக்கு  வாடிக்கை ஆகிவிட்டது. 

மத்தியில் ஆளும் அரசு,  கம்பெனிகளுக்கு 10,000/- கோடி வரி தள்ளுபடி  சலுகை அளிக்கும்போது மக்களுக்கு சேவை செய்வும் GDS ஊழியர்களுக்கு செய்யும் துரோகம் எதிர்காலத்தில் பாடம் கற்றுக்கொள்ளும் என்பது உண்மையிலும் உண்மை.  

ஆகவே நாம் தற்போது செய்ய வேண்டிய கடமை, நமது சம்மேளனத்தினால் வரும் DECEMBER 01 மற்றும்  02.12.2015 இரண்டு நாட்கள் 48 மணி நேர வேலை நிறுத்தம் செய்ய இலாக்காவிற்கு கடந்த 06.11.2015 அன்று கடிதம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டு விட்டது. ஆகவே அஞ்சல் 3, அஞ்சல் 4 மற்றும் RMS பொறுப்பாளர்கள் மற்றும் தோழர்களை கலந்துகொண்டு  வேலை நிறுத்தத்தை சிறப்பாக நடத்தி  வெற்றிபெறச் செய்திடுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.   

தோழர்களே! தோழியர்களே!! புறப்படுங்கள் 

வேலைநிறுத்த வேலைகள் செய்ய புறப்படு!!!

IT IS RELIABLY LEARNT THAT MINISTRY HAS APPROVED TO FORM AN OFFICIAL COMMITTEE FOR GDS EMPLOYEES HEADED BY (CHAIRMAN) SHRI. KAMLESH CHANDRA, THE RETIRED MEMBER (P), POSTAL SERVICES BOARD, NEW DELHI, THOUGH WE HAVE ANNOUNCED 48 HOURS STRIKE ON DECEMBER 1 & 2, 2015 AGAINST APPOINTMENT OF SUCH  COMMITTEE. ANYTIME THE ANNOUNCEMENT MAY BE RELEASED BY THE DEPARTMENT.

WHAT WOULD BE OUR ACTION ?  THE ENTIRE 2,65,000 GDS  BRETHREN ARE NOW STRANDED !

WE HAVE EXPERIENCED  THE OFFICER COMMITTEE VIZ. THE COMMITTEE HEADED BY SHRI . R.S. NATARAJAMURTHY FOR GDS EMPLOYEES  !

WE HAVE ALSO EXPERIENCED NOW THE JUDICIAL COMMITTEE VIZ. THE COMMITTEE HEADED  SRI. A.K. MATHUR , A RETIRED JUDGE FOR GOVT EMPLOYEES !

WE KNOW THE  APPROACH OF THE PRESENT CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.

TN CIRCLE UNION FEELS INDEFINITE STRIKE IS THE ONLY ULTIMATE ANSWER TO GET THE ATTENTION OF THE GOVT.

WE WILL CONVEY OUR STRONG FEELINGS TO THE APEX BODY VIZ. NFPE. THE FEDERAL SECRETARIAT MEETING NOW SLATED ON 26.11.2015 BY 06.00 PM AT  NEW DELHI,

WE WILL ALSO CONVEY OUR STRONG  FEELINGS TO THE CONFEDERATION. THE NATIONAL SECRETARIAT MEETING IS  NOW SLATED ON 27.11.2015 BY 3.00 PM AT       

NEW DELHI, 

TO TAKE STOCK OF THE SITUATION AND TO DECIDE IMMEDIATELY. 

WE HOPE NFPE AND CONFEDERATION  NEVER FAILED TO TAKE APPROPRIATE DECISION WITHOUT LOSS OF TIME.

Dear comrades,

NOTIFICATION ISSUED FOR GDS PAY COMMITTEE

For the last few days we are observing from various sources of media that the Department is constituted an Officer Committee parallel with the 7th Central Pay Commission to look in to the issues of Gramin Dak Sevaks. 

It is the most stringent attitude of the Govt and Department regarding GDS even after enough requests and appeals from all corners of Central Government employees including Railways & Defense personnel to include GDS in the ambit of 7^th CPC.

The Govt. and Department of Posts thrown the ball in the court for a foul game with all the Central Govt employees and GDS and dragged the issue for two years. Now it has opened its narrow mindedness through the pronouncement in the Report of the 7^th CPC after its submission to the Govt and started the process of constituting an officer committee routinely to keep the GDS away from the Departmental employees. 

It is published that Shri Kamalesh Chandra, Retired Postal Board Member’s name is cleared by the Govt. for appointment as the 'Chairman' of the GDS Pay Committee.

This is a very unfortunate situation for GDS, struggling for their pay and benefits as usually what every time of pay commission is constituted. We have to face the circumstances boldly and courageously. 

After reviewing the over all situation prevailed in all quarters, our AIPEU GDS (NFPE) CHQ called for a programme of action as a protest to the indifferent attitude over the 2.70lakh GDS.

THE CONSTITUTION OF AN OFFICER COMMITTEE FOR GRAMIN DAK SEVAKS

All the Branch / Divisional Secretaries, Circle Secretaries / CHQ office bearers are requested to conduct the programme effectively. NFPE endorsed this programme of action to participate all members of its affiliated unions in all divisions and circles.
