விரைவில் வரவிருக்கிறது அஞ்சல் பணப்பட்டுவாடா வங்கிச்சேவை இன்னும் 15 நாட்களுக்குள் Rs. 800/- மந்திரி சபை ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கயிருக்கிறது.வரும் மார்ச் 2017இல் அமல்படுத்தப்படும் என தெரிகிறது.

The Rs. 800-crore proposal will come up for Cabinet approval in 15 days.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a meeting with senior officials of the Department of Posts, or India Post, to take stock of its preparedness to roll out its payments bank.

“The Prime Minister has asked for a presentation on the payments bank before it is taken up in the Cabinet. The presentation is expected to be made on April 14,” a senior Telecom Ministry official said.

Mr. Modi will be updated on the other initiatives of the department, including digitisation and e-commerce services.

The meeting will be attended by India Post officials, including its Secretary, Kavery Banerjee.

The Public Investment Board has approved the Rs. 800-crore proposal of India Post, and it is expected to come up for Cabinet approval in the next 15 days.

India Post has selected Deloitte to advise it on setting up the payments bank, which is expected to be operational by March 2017.

Licence

India Post was among the 11 entities to have received licences for setting up the payments bank from the Reserve Bank of India last year.

As many as international financial conglomerates, including the World Bank and Barclays, have shown interest to partner the postal department for setting up the bank.

சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்ற  வரவேற்புக் குழு அமைக்கும் நிகழ்வு ! 

அன்புத் தோழர்களே ! தோழியர்களே ! வணக்கம். கடந்த 5.4.2016 அன்று மாலை சென்னை, நுங்கம்பாக்கம் வருமானவரித்துறை அலுவலக வளாகத்தில் உள்ள கூட்ட அரங்கில்  மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர் மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் தமிழ் மாநிலக் கிளையின் சார்பாக, மகா சம்மேளனத்தின்  தேசிய  மாநாடு எதிர்வரும் ஆகஸ்ட் திங்கள் 15,16,17 மற்றும் 18 தேதிகளில் சென்னையில் நடத்துவதற் கான வரவேற்புக் குழு அமைக்கும் நிகழ்வு வெகு சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது.

மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் இந்த மாநாடு குறித்த முக்கியத்துவம் அனைவரும் அறிய வேண்டிய ஒன்றாகும்.

1. மகா சம்மேளனம் 16.8.1956 இல் துவங்கப்பட்டது பலருக்கு தெரியாது. தற்போது 15.8.2016 உடன் மகா சம்மேளனம் தோன்றி சரியாக 60 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவு பெறுகிறது. 61 வது ஆண்டில் அடியெடுத்து வைக்கிறது . எனவே இது  மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் வைர விழா ஆண்டு   மாநாடாகும்.

2. தற்போது தமிழகத்தில் நடத்தப்பட உள்ள  தேசிய மாநாடு , மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் 25 ஆவது மாநாடு ஆகும். அதாவது வெள்ளிவிழா மாநாடு ஆகும். 

3. இந்த மாநாட்டில் இரண்டாம் நாள் நிகழ்வாக தேசிய மகளிர் கருத்தரங்கம் நடத்தப்பட அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதில் மத்திய அரசின் பல்வேறு துறைகளில் பணியாற்றும்  கிட்டத்தட்ட 105 சங்கங்களில்  இருந்து மகளிர் ஊழியர் பிரதிநிதிகள் கலந்துகொள்ள உள்ளார்கள்.

4. மேலும், மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் தமிழ் மாநில மாநாடும், இதனுடன் சேர்த்தே, முதல் நாள் நிகழ்வாக நடத்தப்பட உள்ளது. முக்கியமான நிகழ்வாகும்.

5. இந்த மாநாடு எதிர்வரும் 11.7.2016 முதல் நடைபெற அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள அனைத்து மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களின் ஊதியக் குழு கோரிக்கைகளின் மீதான   காலவரையற்ற வேலை நிறுத்தத்திற்கும், எதிர்வரும் 2.9.2016 அன்று நடைபெறுவதாக அறிவிக்கப் பட்டுள்ள 11 மைய தொழிற்சங்கங்களின் வேலை நிறுத்தத்திற்கும் இடையில் நடைபெற உள்ள முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த மாநாடு ஆகும்.

6. மேலும் , மகா சம்மேளனத்தின் தமிழ் மாநிலப் பொதுச் செயலராக நீண்டகாலம் சிறப்பாகப்  பணியாற்றி வரும் தோழர். M . துரைபாண்டியன் அவர்களின்  அரசுப் பணி  நிறைவுப் பாராட்டு விழாவும் இந்த மாநாட்டின் ஒரு பகுதியாக நடைபெற உள்ளது மேலும் இந்த மாநாட்டிற்கு  சிறப்பு சேர்க்கிறது. 

இப்படி அனைத்து நிகழ்வுகளையும்  4 நாட்கள் தமிழகத்தில் நடத்திட நமக்கு வாய்ப்புக் கிடைத்தது  நிச்சயம் தொழிற் சங்க வரலாற்றில் ஒரு முக்கியமான பதிவு ஆகும்.

இதற்கான  வரவேற்புக் குழு அமைக்கும் நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு மகா சம்மேளனத் தின் மாநிலத் தலைவர் தோழர். J . இராமமூர்த்தி(அஞ்சல்) தலைமை தாங்கினார். மகாசம்மேளனத்தின் மாநில நிதிச் செயலர் தோழர். S. சுந்தரமூர்த்தி (வருமான வரித்துறை ) வரவேற்புரை நிகழ்த்தி னார்.  தமிழ் மாநிலப் பொதுச்செயலர் தோழர். Dear Comrade,

            A Joint Circle Working Committee Meeting of P-III,P-IV,R-III and GDS Unions  was held at Kanpur (UP) on 06.04.2016. The meeting was presided by the joint Presidium of P-III,P-IV,R-III & GDS i.e. , Com. R.N. Parashar (P-III), Com. Anil Chaudhary (P-IV) , Com. B.D. Gupta (R-III),  and Com. Akhilesh Singh (GDS). 

All Circle Secretaries of NFPE unions i.e. Com. Subhash Mishra(P-III), Com. Vikram Shah (P-IV) , Com. R.K. Gupta (R-III) , Com. Narottam Lal  Tripathi(R-IV), Com. S.B. Yadav (Postal accounts), Com. J.S. Vajpayee (SBCO) and Com. Promod Kumar Singh (GDS) were  present.

Com. Giriraj Singh President NFPE & General Secretary R-III addressed the meeting and elaborated all the issues related to Pay Commission and staff matters and stressed the need of strengthening of GDS union under banner of NFPE. Com. R.N. Parashar Secretary General NFPE and General Secretary P-III appealed all to make the GDS union as No.1 union in ensuing membership verification. He also warned to all Divisional and Branch Secretaries that those who will not co-operate in formation and enrollment of maximum members, disciplinary action will be taken against them as per the decision of Federal Executive of NFPE and C.W.C.  of P-III. 

Com. T.P. Mishra, Ex. President P-III, Com. Arvind Trivedi (ITGOA), Com. Sharad Prakash Agrawal, (Confederation C-O-C Kanpur) also addressed the meeting. All Presidents and All Circle Secretaries appealed to all to form GDS union in each division and make it as No.1 union.  

2.         Further in order to maximum mobilization and giving suitable instructions for strengthening of GDS union in each Division, the regional level meetings have been decided to be organized. As mentioned below. All Circle, Regional, Divisional and Branch Secretaries and Circle union office bearers of that particular region are requested to attend the meeting compulsorily on the date fixed for the meeting.

Dear Comrades,

As decided in the National Secretariat Meeting, the next All India Trade Union Education Camp of Confederation of Central Govt. Employees & Workers will be held on 24^th and 25^th May, 2016.  The Dehradun Unit of the Confederation has come forward to host the said camp at Dehradun on the above days and started the Preparatory work for the programme.  It should be the endeavour of all affiliates and State Units of the Confederation to depute the given number of delegates to the camp and make it a grand success. The quota fixed for each affiliate/COC is given below.  Detailed programme & notice will be sent shortly.  TU Camp will commence at 10 AM on 24^th May and continue till 5 PM on 25^th May, 2016 and the delegates should ensure their presence throughout the duration of the Camp.   

Delegates from all affiliated organisations and C-O-Cs should compulsorily attend the TU camp.  The minimum quota fixed for each affiliated organisation and C-O-Cs is given below.  All are requested to ensure participation of delegates as per quota fixed, WITHOUT FAIL.  Delegates may be instructed to book their up and down tickets immediately. Delegate fee per head is Rs. 600/- (Rs. Six hundred only). All delegates, including All India office Bearers of Confederation should pay the delegate fee.

Dear Friends,

            The GDS Committee is proposing to conduct a socio-economic survey of selected Branch post offices and Gramin Dak Sevaks to collect the information.  For the purpose, a sample size of 1500 Branch Post offices have been identified, with proportionate representation, with the help of the Circles.

Since the Committee considers Federations / Unions as important stakeholders in the entire process, it is decided that approximately 10% of the BOs which will be surveyed should be identified by Federations / Unions. 

In view of the above, it is requested to kindly send names of two BOs from each Circle (maximum 50) to include them in the sample size.  The BOs selected should be representative of the overall existing conditions of BOs in the country. The names should reach us by 14.4.2016 in the following format, as we have planned a work shop for nodal officers from the Circles on 19.4.16 at RAKNPA.
